Volunteer Registration

Heart of a Champion Day needs CHS employees to volunteer to help with student check-in, volunteer check-in, student flow, screenings, and many other activities on June 5, 2010.

If you are interested in volunteering, please do one of the following:

  1. CHS Employes: go to Synapse to register (beginning May 2010)
  2. Contact your Supervisor to register
  3. Call 877-CMC-SPORTS

All volunteers need to wear comfortable, normal workday attire and comfortable shoes. T-shirts will be provided to all volunteers to wear during the screening.

The Heart of a Champion Day screening event will be located at Carolinas College of Health Sciences on the campus of Carolinas Medical Center. Click here for a map that shows the designated volunteer parking areas. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your designated time to allow for sign-in and orientation.
